Did you know that ANY change to your home (inside, outside, landscaping, anything) has to be approved by the AECC?

Whether you are painting your house the same color, changing out your windows, or putting in new shrubs, modifying you pine islands, moving walls, finishing your basement, it all needs to be approved in advance.

Please be aware that the AECC/Board has up to 30 days to review all requests.

Any changes made without first being approved by the AECC can result in a $100.00 fine and $25 per day fine until the violation is corrected.
